Eliminate or extract the Skulls
Make your way towards your mission marker. As you get closer, four snipers will appear.
Quiet is the best buddy to have along with you on this sortie. If you both engage them with your own sniper rifles, the confrontation will be that much quicker. Get eyes on them using their targeting lasers as a guide to their positions. They'll move around in a similar fashion to Quiet, after which you'll have to spot them again.
If you want to extract the Skulls, equip Quiet and Snake with tranquiliser sniper rifles.
Make contact with Code Talker
Follow the mission marker to the mansion. Head to the back and and down the stairs to the basement. The trail of candles will lead you to Code Talker.
Extract Code Talker
Have the chopper meet you at the LZ to the northwest. Although there are a lot of enemies in this area, they'll mostly be to your right, allowing you to slip past.
Extract Code Talker without him taking damage
As long as you took out the snipers, there should be little chance of you being attacked. Feel free to pop Code Talker down somewhere safe while you take out enemies if you want to make sure he doesn't get hit.
Extract the armored vehicle sealing off Lufwa Valley
The armoured vehicle can be found on the road near the bridge.
