Extract the PF transport truck and its cargo, believed to be payment to Cipher.

Pinpoint escort unit's estimated route from an intel file

You can find the intel at an outpost to the northeast of Nova Braga Airport.

It's inside a green tent near the base of the watch tower.

Identify escort unit (armored vehicle)

Using the intel file, head to the start of the route of the escort unit to scout them out. If you dilly dally and miss them, just head to the outposts along the route to catch up.

Identify transport truck

The escort unit will meet up with the transport truck at Nova Braga Airport before proceeding along the route on the map, so have your int-scope handy to identify it.

Extract transport truck

The transport truck is stationed at Nova Braga Airport where it will be picked up by the escort unit. You'll need an upgraded fulton to extract it.

Eliminate the Skulls

Once you extract the transport truck, the Skulls will make an appearance. You'll need some heavy firepower to take them on, so make sure you've prepped beforehand.

Listen to all conversations between transport truck driver and and outpost/guard post soldiers

D-horse is your best buddy for completing this objective. Follow the tracnsport truck as it checks in at the outposts along the route and use the int-scope to eavesdrop.
