Metal Gear Solid 5 PC glitch lets you put any module on any weapon

Metal Gear Solid 5 has been utterly broken by the addition of silenced rocket launchers.

Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain is a huge game, so there were always going to be a few bugs and issues.

This latest one is a real doozy, though, completely breaking the game. Oh, it's not that it causes crashes (although it can): it's that it provides an instant win button by letting you stick any mod on any weapon.

The glitch is pretty easy to trigger, but Kotaku warns it can have unpleasant consequences if done incorrectly, and points to this Reddit thread for guidance. Expect a patch for this one soon.
