Medal of Honor: Warfighter Xbox 360 has two discs, HD texture install - report

Medal of Honor: Warfighter will allegedly follow in Battlefield 3's footsteps by being spread across two discs and offering an HD texture install option, according to senior designer Ben Jones.

Speaking with Videogamer, Jones was asked about Warfighter coming on two discs, to which he replied, "I think that might be a reality for us as well. It’s DVD format versus Blu-ray and you’re going to see that split at certain times, especially with the amount of content that we’re delivering.”

When asked about HD texture install options, Jones added, "I believe we are [including an optional HD texture installation], but I don’t know that we can confirm that. We haven’t had it confirmed to us."

So there you go, shiny textures and a two-disc option for all the Xboxers out there.
