Maya is the latest fighter reveal for Killer Instinct: Season 2

The second character announcement for Killer Instinct’s second season occurred during EVO 2014 yesterday, and it's dual-wielder Maya.

While she wasn't shown in action, Maya was presented to the panel attendees via artwork showing her standing in the City of Dawn - ruins set amidst a sub-tropical jungle.

Maya's twin daggers are back, and she will toss them at opponents and retrieve them once they bounce off. Should one go through an opponent, she will have to manually pick it up to continue using it.

Withe each consecutive hit, the blades will level up and earn new properties as - if you don't miss a throw. At max level, the blades cam be combined into an unblockable projectile which homes in on the target.
