Mass Effect 3 gamers are in a uproar over BioWare using what appears to be a stock photo from Getty Images as the basis for an in-game picture of a certain female character in the game. Kotaku has the goods - but don't look if you wish to remain unsullied. That's all we're saying on the matter, you can use your own discretion when clicking through.
