Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 arrives on the Switch eShop July 19

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order will be released for Nintendo Switch in July.

Switch owners will finally be able to get their hands on Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order July 19.

In the game, you basically assemble a Marvel dream team in order to save the world. A rather large cast of superheroes can be chosen, once you decide who to pick, join up to three other players in TV mode - locally or online. You can also drop in or drop out at any time.

At present, 27 heroes have been confirmed and as the characters level up, they’ll learn new skills which can be used on the fly. Characters can also perform powerful Alliance Extreme attacks.

Will you choose Black Panther, Deadpool, Doctor Strange, and Captain Marvel for a team? Or will you mix things up with characters from X-Men, Spider-Man, or choose Guardians of the Galaxy heroes? It'll be a tough choice for us considering we have many favorites. Hulk will always be one of the teammates though. He smashes stuff. But whatever stops Thanos, right? Screw that guy.

Announced during The Game Awards 2018, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 is a Switch exclusive and will be sold through the eShop for $59.99 or your regional equivalent.
