Mario Party 9 and 3DS retain top spots on Japanese charts following Golden Week

Media Create has released its weekly retail chart for Japan, and Mario Party 9 was still tops for post Golden Week. 3DS also remained on top despite a significant drop in sales over the week prior; however, the hardware decline was chart-wide with Vita sales falling to 6,340 units - its lowest figure yet.

Below is the top 20 for the period of May 7 through May 13 with life-to-date sales in parentheses:
