Mario Maker image leaks from E3 show floor

Mario Maker has leaked ahead of Nintendo's E3 2014 showing, according to a photo posted from the event floor.

The artwork shows a person's hand placing a piranha plant into a Mario level using their stylus, meaning the game could come to either the Nintendo 3DS or Wii U.

Does this suggest that Nintendo is working on a title that enables gamers to make their own Mario stages like LittleBigPlanet?
