Magicka moves 1.3 million units, new expansion on the way

Paradox Interactive announced during its convention in Stockholm that Magicka has sold 1.3 million copies since it released on January 25, 2011. The game's DLC has also moved 4 million units, and Magicka Vietnam in particular moved 500,000 units. The firm also announced a new expansion pack is in the works for the game called The Other Side of the Coin, which allows the player to try their hand at playing the game from the enemy's perspective. Arrowhead's last expansion for Magicka, The Stars Are Left, a Lovecraftian inspired adventure, was released back in November. Thanks, StrategyInformer.
