Mafia II footage has hot cars, is hot

Some new footage of Mafia II has appeared, showing just how much interactivity there is in this open world actioner.
Most of the video focuses on vehicles, showing the main character shooting out a car's windows, giving it a flat tyre with his bullets and also fiddling around under the bonnet. Pretty impressive.
Later on, the footage shows the protagonist driving into a garage to customise a stolen car by changing the plates, paintwork and tyres, as well as improving the engine's performance.
Mafia II is coming to PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 this August.
