Mac App Store dishes out 100 million games

Gamasutra reports Apple's Mac App Store, which services the company's OS-X based computers, has doled out 100 million games since its launch in January 2011. Although the store's performance is tracking far behind the iOS App Store, Apple has described it as "the largest and fastest growing PC software store in the world", presumably putting it ahead of the likes of Steam - although the App Store has the advantage of offering non-gaming software, too.
