M0B1US is an multi-directional endless runner with a twist, coming to mobile next week

M0B1US is a new endless runner that sees players running in four directions, sprinting along all sides of their mobile screen while dodging hazards. It was produced in just three weeks and is coming to iPhone and iPod Touch next week.

In a press release sent to VG247 today, Scottish developer Mental Universe confirmed that the title will cost £0.69 on App Store. It sees character Lucid don a VR helmet and hone his skills by running through a virtual environment.

We've got screens below that show how players will sprint along the top of their device, fall down the left, jog along the bottom before ascending back up the right. Throw in hazards at different heights and you've got a disorientating, challenging twist on the runner format.
