Lionhead confirms Fable III for X10

Lionhead's confirmed Fable III's first showing will be at the recently announced X10 event in San Francisco next month.

The RPG sequel was already confirmed for a showing next month, according to Lionhead's Sam Van Tilburgh.

But now, it's official.

"The cat is out of the bag, #Fable3 to be seen at #X10Xbox," said Van Tilburgh in a tweet this morning.

The developer also left a message on the news on its Facebook page.

It said:

"We hinted at this a couple of weeks ago but today it's official, a big Xbox event called X10 will take place in San Frasisco next month showing all the upcoming Xbox games! Of course Lionhead is excited about showing the latest of Fable III, but we're also very much looking forward to all other games and announcements... coming from this event! So put it in your diaries; 11th February in SF and on the internet, X10!"

X10 was announced last night by Microsoft after a three-and-a-half year absence following X06 in Barcelona.

It'll take place on February 11 in the Terra Event Center.

Fable III, with Natal power, is due for a release during the Holiday season.
