Limited Edition 2DS console planned for this, The Year of Luigi - report

Nintendo has made it very clear that this is The Year of Luigi. And now, following the lanky plumber getting his own 3DS XL console, it looks like he'll be lending his name to a Limited Edition 2DS console too. That's if leaked images are anything to go by, anyway.

Kotaku received the photos of a green-and-white 2DS console, which comes with a character imprint on the back. The images look pretty convincing. Given that this year has given us New Super Luigi U, Luigi's Mansion 2, Dream Team, and a 3DS XL Luigi special, it seems pretty likely that this will be confirmed very soon.
