Quest: A Father's Request

Difficulty: 2 Stars

Client: Sarala

Location: West side of Canopus Farms

Availability: 07:00 - 21:00

Prerequisite: Begin the Saving an Angel side quest

Reward: 800 gil, Girlish Glasses, Maximum HP +80, Strength +4, Magic +8

Once you've started the Saving an Angel side quest, speak to Sarala to obtain the Gysahl Greens, then feed them to the chocobo. Speak to Sarala again to begin the quest. Find the Wandering Man near the south portion of the road that leads to Jagd Village. Collect at least one Forest Fertilizer, return to the Wandering Man, then speak with Sarala in Canopus Farms and give her the Forest Fertilizer to complete the quest. If you speak with her again, you gain the ability to grow Gysahl Greens.

Quest: A Final Cure

Difficulty: 2 Stars

Client: Cardesia

Location: Near the Outfitter in Jagd Village

Availability: 08:00 - 22:00

Prerequisite: Start the Saving an Angel side quest

Reward: 1,600 gil, Suspicious Mushroom, Toxic Mushroom, Maximum HP +80, Magic +12

Cardesia initially needs eight Chocoborel and six Slug Sweets, then later she will need four more Chocoborel, four Luminous Mushrooms, and one Crimm Mushroom. The Chocoborel can be found all around the Jagd Woods between 06:00 and 18:00, while the Slug Sweets are obtained by defeating the Rafflesia enemies in the Jagd Woods. The Luminous Mushrooms grow in the same spots as the Chocoborel, but between the hours of 18:00 and 06:00. The Crimm Mushroom is found in the Moogle Village between 19:00 and 07:00.

Speak with Cardesia and she requests the first set of items. Once you have the items, speak with her again to deliver them. Talk to her a third time and ask about the Crimm Mushroom, then interact with her again to hand over the second set of items and complete the quest.

Quest: A Taste of the Past

Difficulty: 2 Stars

Client: Chef Aryas

Location: Aryas Village

Availability: 09:00 - 22:00

Prerequisite: Complete the Saving an Angel side quest

Reward: 1,200 gil, Ripe Apple, Crystal Apple, Mystical Meal, Maximum HP +80, Strength +2, Magic +6

Once your chocobo is at full health and able to glide, speak with Chef Aryas and order the Legendary Recipe. You need to find two Aryas Apples and two Rocky Crag Moles. The apples are found on the elevated areas due east and west of the village. The Moles are found all over the Rocky Crag area. Gather all of the items, then speak with Chef Aryas again to complete the quest.

Quest: Chocobo Cheer

Difficulty: 1 Star

Client: Nadia

Location: Jagd Village

Prerequisite: Complete the Saving an Angel side quest

Reward: 300 gil, Golden Flower, Chocobo Chick, Maximum HP +80, Magic +6

After accepting the quest, ride your chocobo to the northwest portion of the Jagd Woods to find a Yeul's Flower. Examine the item while on your chocobo, then head back to the village to speak with Nadia again to complete the quest.

Quest: Dog, Doctor, and Assistant

Difficulty: 1 Star

Client: Thirteen

Location: Research Camp

Prerequisite: Complete the Saving an Angel side quest

Reward: 500 gil, Orange Newsboy Cap, Animal Potion, Maximum HP +40, Strength +2, Magic +4

This quest requires that you find two Moonsoul Blooms, four Dayring Blossoms, and five Goopy Goo. The Moonsoul Blooms and Dayring Blossoms grow all over the area, with Moonsouls found between 18:00 and 06:00, and Dayrings found between 06:00 and 18:00. The Goopy Goo is obtained by defeating Triffids, which are also found around the area. Once you have all of the items, speak with Tilda, the girl who was with Thirteen, to deliver the items. Talk to her one more time, then head to Canopus Farms and speak with Claudia (Thirteen's real name) to complete the quest.

Quest: Fuzzy Search

Difficulty: 1 Star

Client: Dr. Sheep

Location: Sheep pen in Aryas Village

Availability: After Day 1, 06:00 - 18:00

Reward: 400 gil, Fuzzy Sheep Figurine, Canned Sheep Logo, Fuzzy Sheep Milk, Maximum HP +40, Strength +6

Walk up to Dr. Sheep to initiate a cut-scene to begin the quest. You are tasked with rounding up three sheep, then speaking with Dr. Sheep to complete the quest. The three sheep are located very close by. Round them up on your chocobo, or draw Lightning's weapon to move them in the appropriate direction.

Quest: Killing Time

Difficulty: 1 Star

Client: None

Location: Poltae

Prerequisite: Complete the Saving an Angel side quest

Reward: 100 gil, White Chocobo Figurine, Maximum HP +30, Magic +3

When you reach the location marker in Poltae during the Main Quest in the Wildlands, this side quest is automatically completed.

Quest: Land of Our Forebears

Difficulty: 3 Stars

Client: Chef Aryas

Location: Aryas Village

Availability: 09:00 - 22:00

Prerequisite: Compete the Old Man and the Field side quest

Reward: 3,500 gil, Pink-rimmed Glasses, Maximum HP +150, Strength +12, Magic +10

Walk toward Chef Aryas to initiate a cut-scene. Head up to the Research Camp and speak to the Grumpy Old Man, then go to Canopus Farms and speak with Sarala. Once this is done, head back to the Chef to complete the side quest.

Quest: Matchmaker

Difficulty: 2 Stars

Client: Tilda

Location: Research Camp

Prerequisite: Complete the Dog, Doctor, and Assistant, and Round 'Em Up side quests

Reward: 1,600 gil, Yellow Ribbon, Maximum HP +80, Strength +8, Magic +6

Tilda needs two Rocky Crag Moles, four Moonsoul Blooms, and five Green Leathers. The Moles are located in the Rocky Crag area, the Moonsoul Blooms are found all around between 18:00 and 06:00, and the Green Leather is obtained by defeating the Goblin enemies in the Eremite Plains. Deliver the items to Tilda, then head to Aryas Village and speak with Dr. Sheep to complete the quest.

Quest: Mercy of a Goddess

Difficulty: 2 Stars

Client: Taleb

Location: Near the Inn in Poltae

Prerequisite: Complete the A Final Cure side quest

Reward: 1,600 gil, Delicious Mushroom, Maximum HP +80, Strength +8

Speak with Taleb in Poltae to initiate the side quest, then head to Jagd Village and speak with Cardesia. Ask to hear her story, then take the items from Jagd Village to Poltae. You have 45 in-game minutes to travel from the village to Poltae, but you can use Chronostasis if you feel pressed for time. When you reach Poltae, speak with Taleb again to complete the quest.

Quest: Mother and Daughter

Difficulty: 2 Stars

Client: Brella

Location: Just outside the station

Availability: 06:00 - 22:00

Prerequisite: Complete the Saving an Angel side quest

Reward: 1,200 gil, Leopard Tail, Maximum HP +80, Strength +6, Magic +4

This is really a quest within a quest. Once you have accepted this quest from Brella, you need to complete the Dog, Doctor, and Assistant side quest. Finish that, then speak with Brella again to complete this quest.

Quest: Omega Point

Difficulty: 2 Stars

Client: Research Leader

Location: Platform at the Research Camp

Prerequisite: Complete Main Quest 3-2

Reward: 1,600 gil, Aerial Guard's Badge, Maximum HP +80, Strength +4, Magic +6

Once your chocobo can glide, speak with the Research Leader to begin this quest. You receive a key item that must be used at four of the following locations:

- On top of a pillar, northwest of the Research Camp.

- Northeast corner of the Eremite Plains.

- Behind the crashed ship on the northern tip of the Eremite Plains.

- Elevated area in the middle of the Eremite Plains near the west side.

- Elevated area in the southwest corner of the Eremite Plains.

Examine at least four of the above locations, then speak with the Research Leader to complete the quest.

Quest: Peace and Quiet, Kupo

Difficulty: 1 Star

Client: Mog

Location: Moogle Village

Availability: 19:00 - 07:00

Reward: 555 gil, Mog Figurine, Moogle Fragment, Maximum HP +60, Strength +7, Magic +7, Recovery Item Capacity +1

Examine the Moogles in the middle of the Moogle village to begin the quest. Defeat three consecutive Dryad enemies (normal enemies that are weak to Fire-based attacks and spells), then go back to the middle of the village. After another cinematic, speak with Mog and follow him when he runs away. Speak with him again to complete the quest.

Quest: Round 'Em Up

Difficulty: 2 Stars

Client: Millie

Location: At the sheep corral in Aryas Village

Availability: 06:00 - 18:00

Prerequisite: Complete the Fuzzy Search side quest

Reward: 1,200 gil, Cowboy Hat, Creamy Sheep Milk, Maximum HP +80, Strength +8, Magic +6

Approach the sheep corral to initiate a cut-scene. Round up the each flock leader (the big sheep in each group) and escort them back to their pens. Once all three are rounded up, speak with Dr. Sheep, then Millie to complete the quest.

Quest: Saving an Angel

Difficulty: 2 Stars

Client: Dr. Gysahl

Location: Middle of Canopus Farms

Prerequisite: Complete Main Quest 3-1

Reward: 1,200 gil, White Chocobo Chick, Maximum HP +80, Strength +8, Magic +8

Approach the doctor to initiate another cut-scene, then speak with him again to begin the side quest. You need to speak with a few people to acquire food to give to the chocobo. There are several ways you can get the items you need.

- Gysahl Greens: Red-haired woman (Sarala) on the west side of Canopus Farms - Fuzzy Sheep Milk: Innkeeper in Canopus Farms - Chocobull: Hunter Chief west of Canopus Farms

Once you have fed the chocobo all three items, head southwest toward the Jagd Woods. Speak with the Hunter Hopeful at the entrance to begin The Right Stuff side quest. Completing the quest rewards you with a Mystical Meal. Head back to Canopus Farms and feed the Mystical Meal to the chocobo to complete the quest.

Quest: The Grail of Valhalla

Difficulty: 3 Stars

Client: Professor Lathom

Location: Near the Inn in Poltae

Reward: 3,800 gil, Crest of Etro, Sacred Knight garb, Maximum HP +150, Strength +10, Magic +16

Speak with Professor Lathom to initiate the quest, then head into the Temple of the Goddess and follow the information in Wildlands Main Quest walkthrough to find the two plaques you need to examine. Go back to Poltae and speak with Lathom again to give him a copy of the plaques. You must now find four more plaques at the following locations:

- On the path at the south end of Poltae.

- The platform north of the small chasm in Poltae.

- The platform to the west of the small chasm in Poltae.

- Up the ladder in the northern part of Poltae.

Professor Lathom is now standing near the first plaque listed above. Speak with him once you have obtained all four plaques to complete the quest.

Quest: The Hunter's Challenge

Difficulty: 2 Stars

Client: Hunter Chief

Location: Near the Outfitter in Jagd Village

Availability: 20:00 - 08:00

Prerequisite: Complete The Right Stuff side quest

Reward: 1,200 gil, Golden Insignia, Soldier of Peace, Maximum HP +80, Strength +8, Magic +4

This quest requires you to turn in several items obtained by defeating various enemies. You need to deliver three Monster Mince and an AMP Chip to the Hunter Chief to complete the quest. The Monster Mince is found by defeating Vali in the Grasslands or around the Jagd Woods. The AMP Chip is obtained by defeating an Aster Protoflorian found in the Rocky Crag area.

The Vali enemies can be defeated with relative ease, but the Aster Protoflorian can be a bit more difficult. Watch out for Exoproofing as the ability changes it's elemental weakness and allows it to absorb one element. Once you land a stagger with elemental attacks, attack with the element that causes the stagger for big damage.

Quest: The Old Man and the Field

Difficulty: 1 Star

Client: Stubborn Old Man

Location: Research Camp

Prerequisite: Complete A Father's Request side quest and harvest at least one crop of Gysahl Greens

Reward: 500 gil, Yellow-rimmed Glasses, Maximum HP +40, Strength +6

Pick up two Vegetable Seeds, then speak to the Stubborn Old Man. Plant at least one of the seeds in the available patches, then depart for at least 12 hours so the seeds can grow. Obtain at least one batch of Gysahl Greens, then return to the Research Camp, harvest the Tantal Greens, and speak to the Stubborn Old Man again. This officially begins the quest, and since you have Gysahl Greens in your possession already, you can speak with him again to complete the quest.

Quest: The Right Stuff

Difficulty: 1 Star

Client: Hunter Hopeful

Location: Southwest entrance to the Jagd Woods

Prerequisite: Begin the Saving an Angel side quest

Reward: 300 gil, Chocobo Feather Pin, Mystical Meal, Maximum HP +40, Strength +4, Magic +2

You need six Vibrant Ooze to complete this quest. You can obtain the items by killed Miniflans in the area. Speak with the Hunter Hopeful, then give him the six Vibrant Ooze to complete the quest.
