League of Legends 'preseason update' detailed

League of Legends is to receive another new update from Riot Games, dubbed 'The preseason update', which looks to tweak the game's champions, jungle, items and areas. Get the details below.

Destructoid reports that Riot Games announced the updated and then took to Reddit to participate in an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session to answer any questions fans had about the new changes.

The main aim of the update is to add more variety to the game via new items, which in turn will lead to varying play styles. Items will also transform once players fulfil set criteria, giving rise to even more expansion. For example, spending mana on weapons will make them evolve into new, more powerful versions.

There is a massive list of updates included, and you can check them all out over at Destructoid's handy overview.

What do you make of these changes? Will they make you keep coming back for more League of Legends fun? Let us know below.
