Death and PvP are coming to Landmark 

SOE Live is happening this weekend in Sin City, Nevada and Sony announced yesterday combat is coming to Landmark week after next.

On August 26, those participating the in the beta will be able to go up against other players in “consensual” PvP.

Death is coming as well, so don't get to close to the edge of cliff when sightseeing and be careful not to drown, according to Massively.

The first phase of combat includes armor, death, landmines, weapons and more to be rolled out in stages.

Those who like a little variety in their attire, will be able to choose from fantasy and sci-fi styles armor. You will need protection from the monsters, ya know.

According to the Massively rundown, AI editing, gamemastering tools, the ability to create full scenarios on claims and more are all on the way in the not so distant future.
