Kojima Productions is also skipping GDC 2020

Kojima Productions has cancelled both of its GDC 2020 sessions.

Death Stranding developer Kojima Productions is the latest developer to decide not to attend this year's Game Developers Conference (GDC).

The developer announced the news this morning, predictably citing concerns over coronavirus.

Kojima Productions previously had two sessions planned for GDC 2020. The first, taking place on March 16, would be hosted by AI programmer Eric Johnson. Another was scheduled for March 19, hosted by Hideo Kojima.

Kojima Productions is yet another high-profile company pulling out of GDC 2020, following Sony, Oculus and others.

This year's event takes place March 16-20.
