Kingdoms of Camelot tops iPhone offerings, second on iPad

Gamasutra has complied the week's top-grossing iPhone and iPad apps and Kabam's Kingdoms of Camelot: Battle for the North came out tops on iPhone with Zynga Poker coming in second. Slotomania HD topped iPad offerings while Battle for the North came in second place. Full thing is below.
