Kingdom Hearts 3 opening movie trailer features new theme song
Square Enix has released a new cinematic trailer for Kingdom Hearts 3 featuring the new theme song from Hikaru Utada and Skrillex.
The latest Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer is up on the game's official YouTube account and features the first snippet of Face My Fears - the new collaborative theme song from Hikaru Utada and Skrillex.
The Opening Movie trailer serves as a brief overview of the series' events so far. "Here's a sneak peek at how the epic adventure begin," teased the official Kingdom Hearts Twitter account.
Hikaru Utada also did the opening themes for Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2. Skrillex originally came on board to remix Don't Think Twice, and the new opening theme was a result of the collaboration.
If you like what you hear, you can pre-order the song today at 9AM PST, and tomorrow, December 10, at 12AM EST/ 5AM GMT.
Face My Fears and Don't Think Twice will be released on January 18, 2019.
Earlier this year, Alex had a hands-on with the game, saying it was "on track to be the best in the series."
Kingdom Hearts 3 is launching for PS4 and Xbox One on January 29, 2019.
