Killzone: Shadow Fall was 85p on PSN last night after Sony gaffe

Killzone: Shadow Fall was available for just 85p on the PlayStation Store last night in a DLC blunder by Sony.

It follows our report on a VG247 reader who managed to subscribe to PS Plus for free until the year 2035 through a store loophole.

The mistake was spotted on HotUKDeals last night. The poster explained that if you searched for the Killzone: Shadow Fall icon pack, the file size would mistakenly read 38GB. Buying it actually allowed you to purchase the full game.

Sony has since pulled the deal, but you have to wonder how many people managed to grab the game for under a quid. It RRPs on the PSN store at £52.99.

What do you make of the balls-up?
