Journey and The Unfinished Swan out soon on PS4 in full 1080p

An extremely short video for Journey on PlayStation 4 has been released by Sony. In between clips it also shows various accolades from critics.

The game is Cross-Buy enabled, so if you buy it for PlayStation 3 or PlayStation 4 you can play it on both consoles.

Tricky Pixels have developed the game in 1080p for the console, and according to thatgamecompany boss Jenova Chen, more details about Journey’s release on PlayStation 4 are in the works for future announcement.

It's out later this year.

Giant Sparrow's The Unfinished Swan is coming to PS4 later this year and it is playable at gamescom 2014 this week.

Armature Studio developed the game for PS4 with all original art files intact, but regenerated at higher resolution.

We expect to hear more on both games during Sony's gamescom presentation which kicks off in about 30 minutes.
