Iwata announces Wii Vitality Sensor

In probably the biggest bombshell at this year's E3, Nintendo company President Satoru Iwata has announced the Wii Vitality Sensor.
It's a device that recognises your pulse when you shove your finger in it and helps you stay vital, or something.
Looks like a bull-clip. Nasty.
