Is Uprise new Battlefield 4 DLC?

A dog tag found in the BF4 community test environment has sparked chatter that there's a 6th DLC drop for the game due soon.
Dog tags are held in the CTE version of Battlefield 4, where DICE tests new gameplay concepts and tweaks to the game.
Our BF4 expert Westie reckons we could be seeing new DLC before the release of Battlefield Hardline, pushed out by the developer as a "thank you" for the issues that have plagued the game since it launched last year.
