Infinity Blade 2 comes to a close with free content

Infinity Blade 2 gets its final piece of DLC today before Epic Games and Chair put the iOS game to rest to turn their focus to Infinity Blade: Dungeons.

Infinity Blade 2: Skycages adds new weapons, characters and 30 additional items into the mix, as well as new insight into the Deathless characters.

New enemies include the Ryth, Petrified Noc, Xyloto and Headsman, and there is a new collection of ClashMob challenges to tackle.

Donald Mustard, creative director at Chair Entertainment said in a statement, “Infinity Blade II remains one of the best performing games on the App Store, and we’ve continued to explore new ways to expand the Infinity Blade universe with exciting new gameplay elements.

"In addition to providing more of the great content fans love, Skycages reveals new secrets and offers an epic conclusion to the latest chapter that fans won’t want to miss!”

Infinity Blade 2 is currently on sale at Apple's App Store for a limited time at £1.99/$2.99.
