IndieRoyale Launch Bundle passes 35,000 sales

With less than a day to go, the first bundle of gaming goodness from IndieRoyale - which offers you the chance to lower the price for other punters - is proving pretty popular.

The Launch Bundle, which includes ARES, Gemini Rue, Niumbus and Sanctum, is currently sitting at over 35,000 sales with a price tag of $3.49.

The premise of IndieRoyale is that the price goes up as more people buy, but everyone who pays more than the current minimum reduces the price for future buyers.

The bundle's price has fluctuated over the weekend, topping out on its third day but rarely brushing the five dollar mark.

As with the Humble Bundle scheme, Minecraft creator Markus "Notch" Persson is intent on being the top contributor, having dropped $282.95 for the four games.

A number of other generous souls have dropped more than their fair share in the hat, with a number of contributors going well over $70.

The Launch Bundle will be available for just under 18 more hours at time of writing. All games are PC only, and are available through various combinations of Steam, Desura, and direct download.

The next offering, the Difficult 2nd Bundles, is expected in about ten days.
