If you pre-purchased Until Dawn on PSN and can't play, Sony is working on it

A number of users who pre-ordered Until Dawn digitally have reported not be being able to start the game.

A few fans who pre-ordered Until Dawn through PSN have reported various issues preventing them from accessing the game. The issues mostly affect those who pre-ordered the title as soon as it became available on PSN, before the release date got changed.

Reports on Reddit and Sony's own community pages say the game downloads just fine, but when they try to launch it, they get the "128 days until available" error message.

This type of countdown message is usually reserved for titles which have yet to launch, and definitely shouldn't happen for a game that's already live.

"Our store team is currently investigating the issue. We'll update the thread once we receive an update," said a Sony support member.

Until Dawn seems to be getting mostly positive reviews. Hopefully the affected fans will be able to catch up with the rest of us sooner rather than later.
