"I'd like to see" Gran Turismo PS4 support VR, says Yoshida

SCE Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida is speaking our language. Asked whether we'd ever see a VR-enabled Gran Turismo, the executive was immediately on board.

"Many trial tests we've been doing, some genres just work fine. One of those genres is racing games," he told Eurogamer.

"So when Gran Turismo comes out on PS4, I'd like to see it support PlayStation VR, yeah."

We'd all like to see it, of course, but not all of us run a global network of development teams with the power to make it happen. Yoshida does.

We probably have quite a wait in front of us, though. Gran Turismo sequels take a long time, and Polyphony seems committed to supporting Gran Turismo 6 on PS3, releasing a track editor this week.
