Hitman: Absolution and Hitman: Blood Money rated for PS4, Xbox One in Europe

Hitman: Absolution and Hitman: Blood Money have both been rated for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Europe.

Io Interactive's Hitman: Absolution and Hitman: Blood Money have been rated for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One by PEGI.

The ratings from the Pan European Game Information board were handed out in September, but have just surfaced (thanks, Gematsu).

Hitman: Blood Money was released in 2006 for PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360, while Hitman: Absolution arrived in 2012 on PS3 and Xbox 360. Both games were also released for PC and are available through Steam.

Hitman: Absolution is currently available on Xbox One, as it was made backward compatible in 2017. Blood Money arrived on the service back in March.

Both are available for PS3 through the PS Store, but neither are available through PlayStation Now, so we have no idea what the listing could mean - unless remastered versions are in the works for both PS4 and Xbox One.

Hopefully Io Interactive will comment on the matter soon. In the meantime, we at least have Hitman 2 to look forward to on November 13.
