Ubi's just stuck out a dev diary explaining how the people of Might and Magic created orcs by injecting demon blood into criminals. Surprisingly, everything went wrong, leaving you to deal with a great, bit, orc-related mess in Heroes of Might & Magic VI.
There's a bunch in here about plot for the TRPG, and it's looking pretty cool, to be fair.
It's out this year for PC.
