Heavy Rain EU release date likely to be announced today

VG247 has learnt that the European Heavy Rain release date is likely to be announced today.

Keep them eyes zesty and peeled onto the EU PS Blog, as that's where the magic's going to happen.

SCEE told us this week an EU date would be coming "in the next few weeks", but that may have changed after it was announced this morning in the latest edition of Qore that the US edition will release on February 16.

CVG's gone for February 26 for the European date, the info apparently coming from “watertight retail sources".

Sony also told us that the collector's edition of Quantic Dream's thriller will be exclusive to HMV, although it won't be sold in the US, as told by SCEA to Stephany Nunneley on Wednesday.
