Halo World Championship prize pool reaches $2 million

The prize purse for Halo World Championship continues to grow.
Microsoft promised that a portion of all REQ Pack sales made in Halo 5 will contribute to the overall prize money for Halo World Championship.
It seems these packs are selling well then, because after having been increased to $1.5M last month, the prize pool now stands at $2 million.
The official Halo Twitter announced this earlier, and said the number even continues to grow.
