Halo 5 beta install is over 10GB

The install size for Halo 5 beta has been shown on the Xbox store.
The store listing for the Halo 5 multiplayer beta has gone live and the size appears to be just over 10GB, 10.27GB to be exact.
The beta is scheduled to run from December 29 to January 18.
The image above, courtesy of on AJSwain on Reddit, also shows a release date of December 4. Now, this is not an American listing, so the date is arranged correctly, but it's certainly a curious date.
