Hacker plays god: combines WiiMote, Game Boy and Android phone into one console

In a display of Frankenstein-grade scientific quackery, a hacker has created a portable console that emulates retro games on an old school Game Boy using a WiiMote controller. It's alive! Aliiiiive!

Nintendo Life reports that a hacker known as alpinedelta has successfully married all of these components into a portable device that emulates retro titles inside an original Game Boy shell.

The shell houses the guts of a WiiMote which connects to the Android phone via Bluetooth, enabling users to control their emulated games using the Game Boy's buttons, and yes, games that require more than two buttons cannot be played. It's authentic, you see?
