Spike TV Kicks Off The Coverage With Hour-Long Pre-Show

WHAT:
GameTrailers.com will give players access to the latest and greatest from the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), with live, high-definition streaming feeds of the Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Electronic Arts and Ubisoft press briefings, the latest footage of the show's most-anticipated games and of course every single game trailer released at the show. With 10 camera crews blanketing the show floor, the GT crew will get the inside scoop on the newest titles and hottest franchises, including the first details of the highly secretive new Hideo Kojima project.

Alongside the games coverage, GameTrailers takes an inside look into the direction of video games with interviews with executives from Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo. And to cap it all off, they'll get the insider's perspective on the biggest news of E3 with a special E3 Bonus Round.

Spike TV's "GameTrailers TV Presents: The 2009 VGAs-E3 First Look Special" with host Geoff Keighley and Guest Stars Rose McGowan and Tricia Helfer, as they reveal more than 15 Video Game World Exclusives in this blow-out hour-long pre-E3 preview special.

Titles set to world premiere new content include: BioWare's epic sci-fi role playing game Mass Effect 2; Ratchet & Clank: A Crack In Time; Batman: Arkham Asylum; Brutal Legend; DJ Hero; Just Cause 2; NHL 10; Need For Speed: Shift; Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2; Madden NFL 10; Uncharted 2: Among Thieves; Dante's Inferno; Dragon Age: Origins; Aliens Vs. Predator; plus new details on Modern Warfare 2 and many more surprise reveals.

In addition, GameTrailers TV will have a full recap of announcements and news from the show floor during an episode airing right after E3 concludes on Thursday, June 4.

To kick off the E3 blitz, GT is running a "Most Anticipated Games of E3" series and a Pre-E3 4-Part Series for Bonus Round. The final chapter of Bonus Round and the top ten most anticipated games will be revealed this week.
