Should You Buy the Widowmaker?

Well, that depends. See, the Widowmaker technically already exists, as the weapon is just a reskin of the existing Minigun. Same damage, same stats, same everything, only with flashy lasers instead of bullets. Aside from a different price tag and one fitting in much better at comic conventions, they're functionally identical.

Advantages and Disadvantages of the Widowmaker

That being said, this gun has one major bonus over the Minigun: it doesn't require a specific rank to unlock, as the Minigun needs you to be Rank 120 before you can even try to buy it. Its cosmic counterpart is available from the beginning…

… Assuming you have the money. See, the original might be harder to unlock, but it's also a LOT cheaper to buy. It costs $449,000 more to buy the Widowmaker over the Minigun, and while you can do it from Rank 1, it's probably going to be a while before you can afford it. Unless you're rolling in cash, that's a massive difference that is, at best, difficult to recommend.
