Grid reboot delayed by one month, will now release on October 11

Codemasters has announced a month's delay for its Grid reboot.

Originally set to release on September 13, Grid will instead arrive on October 11.  The Ultimate Edition, which provides three day's early access will go live on October 8.

The delay, according to the official announcement, is to provide "added exposure" to a game it's "hugely excited about."

To that end, Codemasters will be revealing more information, gameplay, and making announcements leading up to the new release date.

This includes footage of the Havana Street Track which is currently in the works. When it goes live, we'll post the video here on the site for you.

Grid will be made available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It will also be a launch title when Google Stadia goes live this fall.
