KING Art Games is looking for $260,000 to fund their game adaptation of Markus Heitz's fantasy series.
Their Kickstarter pitch is off to a good start: at the time of writing 1542 players have pledged $72,362, with 36 days to go. They're aiming at a mid-2016 release for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and wish to translate the game into German, French, Italian and Spanish.
The Dwarves, if funded, will feature a 'crowd combat' system, featuring "realistic flocking behaviour". According to their pitch, "if an enemy in the front is hurled into an ally behind him, the information instantaneously travels across the entire group and causes them to react accordingly - everyone is affected."
Head over to Kickstarter if you're interested in funding the game. A pledge of $25 guarantees you a code for the PC version of the game, while at the upper end of the scale $3500 earns you the right to design your own in-game quest.
