Gone Home will be released on consoles this fall courtesy of publisher Midnight City.

Gone Home is an atmospheric adventure game released last year by The Fullbright Company, which was their first game. The critically acclaimed title has only come out on PC, Mac and Linux, and has sold 250 thousand units so far.
