GOG embraces the penguin: 50 Linux titles now available

GOG has finally gone Linux by launching 50 of the 100 games it promised by autumn 2014.

Of the titles, 23 are "officially Linux-compatible for the first time" due to GOG-made custom builds and the firm's testers.

Ubuntu and Mint with DEB installers will be supported.

There's a sale going on to celebrate the Linux offering which Mac and PC users can get in on too.

Games such as Kentucky Route Zero, Don't Starve, Sid Meier's Colonization, Surgeon Simulator 2013, Rise of the Triad: Dark War, Darwinia, and Sir, You are Being Hunted are among the titles available for Linux through the service.

These games are also part of a Linux promotion over the next 4 days. All but the Kentucky Route Zero with the Season Pass will run you under a fiver.

Hit up the link for the entire list of games on sale.
