God of War: Ascension release date announced

Sony has announced that Kratos' next PlayStation 3 outing, God of War: Ascension, will officially hit shelves on March 12, 2013, releasing a length stage demo with plenty of action.

It's Kratos versus the goat men, and the sea monster, and the elephant man, and really anything else that gets in his way, in the new gameplay footage below.
