Ghost Recon Online now in open beta

Ubisoft has thrown open the doors on free-to-play shooter Ghost Recon Online. What are you waiting for?

To get on board the three-class shooter, which earned a positive report from our hands-on session, you need to sign up for a UPlay account, or if you've already got one, just download the client and jump in.

To get the ball rolling, Ubisoft has introduced a weekly misson scheme. The first is called Eagle Eye and challenges players to maintain an accuracy of 15% over five matches. Those who succeed will score a rare Mark IV armour insert.

New missions are promised every week, and will be detailed on the event page.

Thanks, Blue.
