Ghost Recon Breakpoint Terminator event starts tomorrow, 1.1.0 patch out now

There's a new Ghost Recon Breakpoint update available now in preparation for the Terminator special event.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint received patch 1.1.0 earlier today. The updated is available on all platforms, and it lays the groundwork for the Terminator in-game event going live tomorrow.

It's not yet clear how players will be able to start the event, or exactly what it's going to involve. The assumption is that it's going to be similar to Wildlands' Predator event, which spawned a series of missions to track and eventually take out the iconic character.

What we do know, however, is everything else today's update brought to the game. As part of Ubisoft's ongoing plans to overhaul and fix large parts of Breakpoint, the patch makes a few adjustments to enemy AI.

Enemies should no longer run for cover as they're detecting players, and will be smart enough not to all rush through the same choke point when they spot bodies of their dead teammates, and should now instead take cover.

Ubisoft also made it so NPCs won't disappear from the fight if a player is close by. Separately, the update made improvements to night vision, and re-balanced stamina in PvP modes.
