Gamestop posts record revenue for 2008

Gamestop has revealed that profits rose by 24.4 percent over last year to reach a record $8.8 billion dollars.

In Q4 08, the retailer giant amassed $3.5 billion in sales, up 21.9 percent over last.

To celebrate, Mr. Gamestop plans to open 400 more stores nationwide.
