Gameloft 3D titles to be accessible on Panasonic's 2011 line of VIERA HDTVs

Gameloft and Panasonic announced at CES a line-up of games with 3D graphics including Asphalt 5, N.O.V.A. Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance and UNO, which will be directly accessible on Panasonic's 2011 line of VIERA Connect-enabled VIERA HDTVs.

The first game, Asphalt 5, was unveiled during CES.

"The shape of entertainment is changing as technology evolves," said Michel Guillemot, chairman and president, Gameloft. "Our partnership with Panasonic exemplifies how two forward thinking companies can meld the future of videogaming with the future of connected television. Consumers can now enjoy the best gaming experience directly on their Panasonic VIERA HDTV sets."

The launch of Asphalt 5, and other Gameloft games on Panasonic's VIERA HDTVs also provides users with social online multiplayer features, all in the comfort of their living rooms.

Asphalt 5, is part of Gameloft's Asphalt franchise, which has sold over 20 million units across various consumer devices. The new title will be make available via Panasonic's VIERA Connect Marketplace sometime this year.
