Galaga Legions DX coming to PSN, XBLA this week

The sequel to 2008's reboot of the Galaga series will be arriving on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade this week with new levels, weapons, and other upgrades.

Namco Bandai confirmed with Eurogamer today that this deluxe version of the XBLA-exclusive would be arriving on Wednesday, June 29th.

They haven't released much info about the game, but have revealed the ability to shoot sideways (a dream come true for any Galaga veteran) along with some brief footage of stages in the game that look as crazy as the original.
