These four new colourful PS4 controllers are now available to buy

You can now get your hands on the colourful range of new PS4 controllers – that's Rose Gold, Electric Purple, Red Camouflage and Titanium Blue.

Amazon has the full set, all with a fairly hefty price bump up to $64.99. You'd usually expect to pay about $45 for a PS4 controller most of the time.

That premium price does come with the choice between a few fancier colours beyond black and white, though. I'm not convinced by that Red Camo one, but the Electric Purple and Titanium Blue are pretty cool. People seem to be throwing Rose Gold on absolutely anything these days, so it once makes sense that a PS4 controller is the next step.

Sadly, those in the UK have more of a palaver getting hold of these new controllers. Not content with simply making them available to buy everywhere it seems Sony has struck a few deals with a handful of retailers to offer them up as exclusives. That means you'll find the Rose Gold controller at Amazon. The Red Camo one belongs to GAME. Electric Purple is at Currys PC World. And then Titanium Blue is at Argos.

Giving each controller to different retailers has also led to a wild disparity in terms of pricing. If you fancy a bit of Electric Purple then you're in luck as that's the cheapest. After the Rose Gold controller? Sorry, that's £10 more, please. Stupid, really.
