Fortnite Trios LTM is back and a Lunar New Year event could be on the way
Fortnite might be getting a Lunar New Year event according to an image from the game's Chinese website.
Chinese New Year kicks off this week, and Fortnite fans have spotted an image on the Chinese website that shows in-game characters celebrating the event. Bottle Rockets have also been spotted as the in-game message of the day, so it's likely that we'll see another Lunar New Year event come to the game this February.
Last year's event saw all editions of Fortnite discounted by 50%. Save the World players got four Lunar New Year Heroes and a bunch of Dragon weapons, while thematic shrines housing treasure made their way into Battle Royale.
Twitter user FireMonkeyFN posted the image and looped video from the Chinese Fortnite site, which you can take a look at below.
Fortnite News spotted the Bottle Rockets and while the nature of the item hasn't been confirmed, it's possible that it might be a long-range, explosive weapon.
In other Fornite news, Trio LTM is back "by popular demand." The announcement came from the official Fortnite Twitter account earlier today.
