Fortnite out today for Switch with Xbox One, PC, Mac and mobile cross-play

It's official. You can download Fortnite for the Nintendo Switch today.

Fortnite was announced for the Switch during Nintendo's E3 2018 direct.

The title was rumoured to be making its way to the platform on 4Chan, and shortly afterwards, the game was rated for the console Korea.

Even better? Fornite is launching on the Switch today. Fortnite for Switch has cross-play with Xbox One, PC, Mac and mobile devices.

The game is already available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, as well as iOS. An Android version is also on the way, after which the title's takeover of every conceivable ale gaming platform will be complete.

You can download Fortnite from the Nintendo eShop for free. All Battle Royale features, from base-building to 100-player matches, are included in this edition.
